Privacy policy
1. Controller
The controller of personal data is Geoproekt Inženering DOOEL Skopje, Ankarska 33, 1000 Skopje, Macedonia. For any question about personal data, contact us at geoproing@gmail.com or +389 2 3052 223.
We process personal data in accordance with the Law on Personal Data Protection (Official Gazette No. 42/2020, as amended by No. 294/2021 and No. 101/2025), which is aligned with the EU General Data Protection Regulation.
2. What data we process and why

We do not process special categories of personal data and do not make automated decisions, including profiling.
3. Retention
- quotation requests not followed by a contract: up to 12 months from the last contact;
- contracts, survey reports and business records: for the periods required by cadastre, accounting and archiving laws;
- technical visit data: up to 30 days, unless needed to investigate a security incident.
4. Recipients
We provide data to the Agency for Real Estate Cadastre and other competent authorities when needed to perform the service or required by law. Hosting and e-mail providers process data on our behalf under contract. We do not sell personal data or share it for marketing.
5. Viber and WhatsApp
If you contact us via Viber or WhatsApp, those providers also process your data under their own privacy policies, including transfers outside the country. If you prefer not to, contact us by phone or e-mail.
6. Your rights
Under Articles 19 to 25 of the Law on Personal Data Protection you have the right to access, rectification, erasure where the legal conditions are met, restriction of processing, data portability, objection to processing based on legitimate interest, and to withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent.
Send your request to geoproing@gmail.com. We will respond without undue delay and within one month at the latest. You may also lodge a request with the Personal Data Protection Agency.
7. Security
We apply technical and organisational measures against unauthorised access, loss or destruction of data, including access limited to staff who need it for their work.
Cookie policy
Cookies and local storage are small records the website keeps in your browser. Strictly necessary records are needed for the website to work and do not require consent. All others are used only with your consent.

Analytics cookies. The website currently uses no analytics or marketing cookies. If introduced, they will only be activated with your consent in the cookie settings.
Third-party content. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser sends your IP address to Google. Links to WhatsApp and Viber open those services, which apply their own cookie rules.
You can change your choice at any time via , and delete cookies in your browser settings.
